About Us

Better People, Inc. is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We partner with schools and other organizations that serve Communities of Color.

We primarily perform multi-day school visits to help leaders, teachers, staff and families evaluate and innovate on their instructional models, in order to become more culturally responsive. We also conduct strategic planning, organizational culture audits, diversity training and leadership coaching.
